Terms and conditions

By completing an online transaction for TeachBeRich.com, you agree to receive services from RGP GLOBAL, LLC (the “Parent Company”), the customer (you) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

AGREEMENT

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as follows:

1. Engagement; Scope of Services.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the customer is agreeing to perform the activities states on the sales page and the cart page.

2. FEES
The fee for Teach And Be Rich are the following two options: 1 payment of $997 (due today) or 3 monthly payments of $397. If you select the 3 monthly payments, you will pay $397 today, and $397 each month for an additional 2 months from the date of purchase, for a total payment of $1191. If you choose to pick this option, you are responsible for all 3 payments. If you elect to pay for Teach And Be Rich in full, you can pay in one payment of $997.

3. Payment Terms.
Customer agrees to pay full amount of the program. Whether customer chooses installment ‘payment’ plans or decides to pay in full, customer understand that there are NO CHARGEBACKS of any sort, at any time.

Please note that the fees are expected to be paid in full and not ‘pay as you go’.

If you selected the installment payment option, and your card is declined for any installment payment, you will receive an email notifying you of the declined charge and asking you to submit an updated card. If you have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight, your enrollment will be suspended until payment is made.

If your payment becomes 7 days past due, your enrollment will be terminated, and your file will be turned over to collections/legal to recover the outstanding balance and late fees.

4. Term.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date set forth above and shall continue in full force and effect until complete payment has been made by customer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights.
(a) All rights, title, and interest, including copyright interest, in any data, deliverable or other work provided that is system discovered, developed, learned, created, produced, or provided by Parent Company are the property of Parent Company,RGP GLOBAL, LLC. Customer agrees that any contributions by Customer to the creation of such works, including all copyright interest therein, shall be considered and owned exclusively by the Parent Company. To the extent that any such works may not be considered works made for hire for Company under applicable law, Customer agrees to assign and, upon their creation, automatically assigns to Company, the ownership of such works, including copyright interests and any other intellectual property therein, without the necessity of any further consideration.

6. Teach And BE Rich MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our goal is to help you launch your course. We want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course, sought feedback to troubleshoot your funnel, and implemented the advice and direction given to you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment plan option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being approved.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by our company. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have implemented and completed the action steps in the program without success. To meet this requirement, you're required to do all the work, show proof you did the work, ask for help on the Q&As and or help on the FB questions thread so we can guide you and troubleshoot your funnel and course. You must show that you implemented the advice and feedback given to you. To meet this requirement, you must submit this to [email protected].

7. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the state of Pennsylvania for the purposes of any proceedings arising out of this Agreement.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement (including its exhibits) constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and merges all prior negotiations and drafts of the parties with regard to the transactions contemplated herein. Any and all other written or oral Agreements existing between the parties hereto regarding such transactions are expressly canceled. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any of the exhibits attached hereto, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

9. Amendment.
This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by a further written document signed by the parties. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions (including any remaining provisions within the same numbered paragraph), unless the absence of such invalid or unenforceable provision materially and adversely affects the right or obligations of either party hereto.

10. Binding Effect.
This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns
